◆Cell insulation scheme

In order to ensure electrical safety, the battery cell has always needed PET "blue film" to wrap, the so-called "blue film", is a single side tape made of PSA pressure sensitive adhesive on the back of PET substrate, because such products are mostly dark blue, so it is referred to as "blue film", its dielectric strength, chemical resistance and mechanical strength is excellent. It is the most mainstream solution for power battery electrical insulation and physical protection applications, in addition to other ways, powder coating, UV coating and so on.

◆EHD electrofluid printing technology

Our team started to carry out research on EHD printing technology since 2006, and has developed spot spray, spray line and atomized ultra-thin spraying technology, among which the technical solution for UV blue film spraying can reach a thickness of less than 5 microns, with good spraying uniformity and material viscosity adaptation range of 1-10000cps. The team can provide complete spray solution and process debugging.

EHD electrofluid printing technology uses an externally applied electric field to pull the liquid ink material out, rather than pushing it out of a small nozzle, resulting in patterns with a resolution higher than 1μm. It can replace the mainstream air spraying and inkjet printing processes.

②Adaptive ink1-10000CPS

Suitable for a wide range of materials, insulating or conductive liquids, organic and inorganic materials, solutions or suspensions, and liquids with viscosity from 1 to 10,000 mPa·s are suitable for the EFI process. Moreover, the substrate material selectivity is flexible, and the insulating substrate and conductive substrate can be sprayed to form microstructures.

③Good uniformity of atomized film

Electrojet printing is a kind of additive manufacturing technology, which not only has the atomization size in micron level, but also has certain advantages in curved structure forming. It has obvious advantages in covering the outer corner of the cell.
