Polyimide (PI) is a class of aromatic heterocyclic polymer compounds containing an imide ring (-co-N-CO -) on the main chain.
Polyimide (PI) membrane is formed by polycondensation of PMDA and diamine diphenyl ether (ODA) in a strong polar solvent and then by fluidization. It is one of the organic polymer materials with the best comprehensive performance, which has excellent heat resistance, excellent mechanical properties, good chemical stability and moisture and heat resistance, good radiation resistance and good dielectric properties, and is widely used in aviation, aerospace, microelectronics, nano, liquid crystal, laser and other fields.
